Culminating Activity
1. Present the following task to the pupils.
Your class studied about the effects of changes on humans and the environment. You have been asked to help other pupils in the same grade level to learn about overcoming the effects brought about by changes in the natural resources, climate, industries, and lifestyle that humans are currently facing. You are tasked to prepare an illustrated brochure to show what people should do to cope with these changes. Identify a change that occurs in your community and then describe its negative effects on people and the environment. Provide at least two ways that people can do to cope with the change and minimize these negative effects.
