Place Value

Ordinal Numbers

Skip Counting by 2s, 5s, and 10s
  • The learner skips count by 2s, 5s, and 10s up to 100.
  • The learner uses skip counting to solve problems.

STAGE 2: ASSESSMENT EVIDENCES

Pre-Assessment
1.   Ask the pupils to look around the classroom and share the number they might see.
2.   Ask the pupils some questions.
          How many pencils do you have?
          How many fingers do you have?
          How old are you?
3.   Ask the pupils ​the numbers that they already know. Tell the class that they will learn how to count from 1 – 100 in this chapter.
